This won’t be our production roast profile of this coffee, but in the cup the test roast offers up a ton of passionfruit, kefir lime and jasmine. A lovely floral cup but our production roast will bring in a bit more jammy berry.
The is one of two Geisha lots we purchased while visiting the estate back in April of this year. After harvesting from the Canas Verdes region of the estate, the coffee was anaerobically fermented fro 144 hours prior to being dried on raised beds for 41 days.
