NEW! Ethiopia Suko Quto Dry-Processed

from $7.00

A stellar Dry-Processed coffee full of red fruit.

From a Suko Quto mill (there are several) in the Guji Zone managed by Ismael Hassen, these lots are known for undergoing a high level of quality control. Unlike a lot of dry-processed coffees in Ethiopia, this lot has been through multiple quality control steps, from cherry delivery to the drying beds, when imperfect or underripe cherries are removed. The extra effort leads to a cup that is far cleaner than most Ethiopian Dry-Processed coffees and is almost washed-like in clarity.

After a good five days of rest after roasting, this coffee takes on very pleasant red-fruit notes in both aroma and flavor: Raspberry, cherry, strawberry. It is a sweet cup with a syrup-y finish and incredibly enjoyable as filter coffee.
