This Dry-Processed coffee is a Chuck’s Roast exclusive! A true micro-lot, we bought it all via the Lalesa Coffee Auction by Ephtah coffee. Lalesa is located within Gedeo which is part of the famed Yirgacheffee coffee region.
Ephtah Specialty Coffee was founded by Wubit Bekele with the intention of empowering women farmers and breaking down the barriers holding them back. Ephtah assist farmers through pre-financing, and they donate drying beds to farmers who need them.
Exceptionally clean, very sweet, massive body with a silky mouthfeel. This coffee goes from stone fruit to berries in the cup as it cools. Peach, dark cherry, strawberry, blueberry concord grape.
