Our second offering from Yessica and Diego Parra at El Mirador (two more are coming). Their great-grandfather began cultivating coffee and their grandparents and parents continued the tradition. As a fourth generation coffee-producer, Yessica took El Mirador to new heights while she pursued unique approaches to fermentation and varietal profiling.
This offering is made up of 100% Sidra which is a cross of the Red Bourbon and Typica. Here new have a coffee that is traditionally washed.
